402K CATV Cable Tone Test Set consists of the 402T Cable Toner and the 402R Inductive Amplifier, adapter cords and the model 700C Carying Case. Both units are equipped with female F-connectors. Both units are designed for the CATV, SMATV and MATV industries. You can use the 402K to identify non-tagged or incorrectly tagged coaxial cables. The 402K can send tone through any passive devices including: traps, splitters, taps or directional couplers and the 402K can provide a viable tone signal through attenuation of 45dB. direct connection, 25dB inductively and 15dB magnetically.
